Because EntsWeb is not database driven all changes have to be made by us on your behalf. Consequently, because of the time involved, there are restrictions on what can or cannot be changed without a charge being made.
Entries that attract an annual fee (that’s all entries except G5 Standard entries) can have the contact information changed, free of charge, up to three times a year. That's the phone, fax, email, URL, contact name and/or postal address.
All other changes and any changes whatsoever to a G5 Standard entry attract an admin fee of £10. When entries at the end of their run are renewed, the whole entry can of course be changed without charge.
G5 Standard

Standard entries cannot be updated and temporarily no new Standard entries are being taken. If your entry is no longer valid then it can be removed. Send the request by email.
All Other Entries (G1, G2, G3, G4 & G5 Bold)
(all entries with annual fees)
Send the required changes by email.
Contact information is changed free of charge other changes attract a £10 admin fee.
If a payment is due you will be sent an invoice which can be paid on-line.
